利用本實驗室先進的微型反應器、快速取樣裝置和高效液相/氣相質譜儀可以同時實現胞內代謝物濃度的測定和13C代謝流的計算,從而為以13C代謝流為核心的縱向組學整合技術打下堅實基礎。并與宏觀過程生物生理代謝參數OUR、CER、RQ等相結合分析,實驗發酵過程的全局優化。
